This site is for the parents and fans to be informed of  the latest news and be aware of important upcoming events.  Practice and tournament schedules are posted to the calendar section to keep IBC's fan base informed of where each team is week to week.

IBC would like to thank those in our community for supporting the young athletes of Indianola and the program.  We would like to give extra thanks to the sponsers for the their financial support.  Without them, there would be no IBC.

Congratulations to Noah Johnston (14U) for being selected to play in the Under Armor World Series in Bradenton FL starting July 17.  He was also selected to play for the Central Division of the USSSA All American Team and will be playing in Viera Beach Florida in August.  We are very excited and proud of Noah and wish him the best of luck in those 2 events.  Look for updates on how things go for Noah throughout the summer.

Indianola Baseball Club was created in 2017 to give boys of this community a chance to play competitive baseball under 1 organization following the fundamentals taught at the high school level.

In 2018 we had 96 kids on 9 teams arranging from 8U to 14U.  Over the last 2 years, we have won more than 385 games and more than 25 tournaments.  There are the results of over 800 combined outdoor and indoor practices.

Indianola Baseball Club is dedicated to teaching players the essential fundamentals needed to play the game of baseball - now and into the future. We will develop baseball skills, teach team-first attitudes, and have respect for authority. The boys will develop an appreciation for the value & results of working hard for a common goal.
Kids will receive instruction from team coaches as well as organizational leaders and players and coaches from our High School baseball program.  Our goal is to create a consistent approach to coaching that will be used across the entire program.  This will include the basic fundamentals and a higher level of education for hitting catching and throwing.  We will also educate our kids on how to play the game the right way.
All Indianola Baseball Club coaches and players shall promote and maintain good sportsmanship at all times, including at all Indianola Baseball Club practices, games and any additional Indianola Baseball Club functions.  Coaches shall comply with the Indianola Baseball Club Code of Conduct rules, regulations, and any additional Indianola Baseball Club rules implemented by the Board.  Coaches shall treat all officials and umpires with courtesy and respect.  Players are expected to treat all coaches, officials and umpires with courtesy and respect..
Players need the responsibility and accountability for all their hard work and to learn from their team successes & failures. By seeing in the purpose, they will benefit and naturally grow. "Success is not given, it is earned."
Indianola Baseball Club is an organization founded in late 2016. We are made up of several competitive baseball organizations to become Indianola Baseball Club. Our organizations goal is to not only teach the game of baseball at a higher level but to become a system that feeds into our high school baseball program.  We are made up of more than 100 kids and over 90 families residing in Indianola Iowa.  Our club is the largest competitive youth baseball organization in Indianola, with teams playing USSSA from 8U through 14U. We couldn’t be more excited to help these kids grow as athletes and young men through organized baseball. This is a long term investment in our kids and the Indianola Baseball program.
